These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88pct ("88pct", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88pct website located at https://88pct.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 88pct platform or had your account permanently closed for a Terms violation;

88pct reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during your use of the Service. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification has been satisfactorily completed. Players who provide false information during registration or verification will have their accounts immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.

To access the full range of features on the 88pct platform — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, sports betting, and bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Maintaining multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts") is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

88pct reserves the right to refuse a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in accordance with our internal compliance policies.

All financial transactions on the 88pct platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. 88pct reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits are generally credited to your 88pct account balance instantly or within a few minutes. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support. 88pct does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside our control.

Players may not use the 88pct platform as a financial transfer service. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without placing bets in between ("churning") is prohibited and may result in account review or suspension.

88pct periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Standard wagering requirements are 25x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion specifies a different period;
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion — some bonuses are restricted to slots, cricket betting, or live casino tables;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Players must opt in to each bonus explicitly;
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (above the wagering threshold) are withdrawable;
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sports bet, unless stated otherwise. Placing higher bets while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided;
• 88pct reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using VPNs, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Specific promotions may carry additional terms. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of each promotion before opting in.

All bets placed on the 88pct platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, in addition to these General Terms. The following rules apply universally across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 88pct does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed and accepted by the system;
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum win limits apply to all games and sports markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or force majeure event that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 88pct reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts;
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are subject to change. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions;
• All slot games and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random outcomes. 88pct does not manipulate game outcomes;
• Live sports betting odds are updated in real time. 88pct reserves the right to suspend a market at any time during a live event without prior notice;
• In the event of a dispute about a bet outcome, the platform's system records will be considered the definitive record. Players may raise disputes within 72 hours of the event by contacting support.

Cricket-specific rules, including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC match settlement procedures, are detailed within the Sports Betting section of the platform. Players are strongly encouraged to review those rules before placing bets on live cricket markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88pct platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own name, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, extract data, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information relating to a sporting event;
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or attempting to use the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the 88pct platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88pct staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or a support interaction;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or identity verification.

88pct employs advanced fraud detection, IP monitoring, and device fingerprinting technology to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have violated this section will have their accounts suspended immediately without prior notice.

88pct reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the account;
• A request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment processor;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Accounts suspended for breach of these Terms will have their balances reviewed before any payout is made. Balances derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any legitimate balance remaining (deposits not derived from prohibited activity) will be returned at 88pct's discretion following investigation.

All content on the 88pct platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game assets, icons, source code, software, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88pct or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 88pct;
• Create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use the 88pct brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission;
• Screen-scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 88pct intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action. Game content is licensed from third-party studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. All rights reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88pct, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether or not caused by technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure;
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all bets are placed voluntarily and the outcome is subject to chance;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data;
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal due to circumstances outside 88pct's reasonable control, including payment provider delays;
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88pct makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any odds or game-related information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

88pct collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes — but is not limited to — your name, date of birth, contact details, NID number, payment information, IP address, device identifiers, and betting history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the improvement of our services.

88pct will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
